Constantly keeping you supported

For many business owners the concept of keeping their website up to date themselves is daunting. We appreciate that there are still many people out there who are not technically minded. To combat these issues we have firstly structured our website content management systems to be as user friendly as possible. Secondly, we will guide and assist all our web clients throughout the process, providing training and ongoing support to ensure you are never left confused. However, for those that just don’t have the time to keep their own website up to date, we also provide a website management service.

Website CMS training

On completion of any web development you will be offered 2 hours training with one of our management team. This will provide you with an understanding of how to :

  • Add Special Features

Don’t have time to keep your site up to date? Worried you don’t have the skills? We also offer Website management packages.

Ongoing support

We are also happy to troubleshoot any issues you are having with updating your website. You will have a direct line to our team who will be able to talk you through any issues you may be having.
